Our Story

Having opened our first gym in Rawai back in 2017, we instantly fell in love with Thailand. We have been working in boxing and muay thai for over 20 years and cant wait to open our flagship facility in Chalong.

Our Mission

Its our mission to bring a fun yet competitive environment to boxing and muay training. Whether you are a beginner or professional we look forward to working with you.

Recovery & Adaptation

You get just as much out of the gym as you do in the gym. In order to maximise your results, you must periodically train and recover. That is why, we will be highlighting the importance of rest & recovery on the road to becoming a champion.
