To make progress in any area there is a certain level of specificity required.

Considerable thought must be given to the weekly training schedule to optimise your training and move closer to achieving your goals.

At Apollo gym Phuket, our structure to training is based around improving a variety of skills in order for each person to perform at their best and to ensure you continuously learn and have fun in every session.

When organising the training week here at Apollo, we plan each day with specific intent and purpose towards the bigger picture. This allows us to work on and improve select areas such as balance, footwork, rhythm, feints etc. but also monitor your training load (heavy, medium and light days) to ensure that you are ready to tackle each day to its fullest.

Throughout the week you’ll have the opportunity to train twice a day, Monday to Friday, and once again on Saturday morning. There are select days for technical and open sparring where all levels are welcome.
