Hello, I'm Summer, your dedicated Muay Thai coach. My journey with Muay Thai began over a decade ago, inspired by the vibrant martial arts culture of Thailand. I have dedicated my life to mastering this art, and I am thrilled to share the techniques and disciplines of Muay Thai with you. Whether you're stepping into the ring for the first time or looking to refine your skills, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

You're busy. I get it!   Carving out an hour a day, four-to-five times per week is extremely difficult for you. Amongst juggling a career, family life, relationships in every domain, and everything else that comprises a balanced life, it's just not sustainable right now.

Whilst the health and longevity benefits of consistent exercise have been proven time and time again, sometimes it just isn't a priority in the short-term.  Unfortunately, it is not the short-term sacrifice that is the issue. It's the long-term ramifications of neglecting and training physical capabilities that seem to cause more harm than good.

Training with me offers a unique blend of foundational skills for beginners and advanced techniques for seasoned practitioners. I focus on enhancing movement quality, explosiveness, and fine-tuning the subtleties of each technique. Communication will never be a barrier, as I am fluent in English and adept at breaking down complex movements into understandable and actionable steps. My goal is to not only improve your physical capabilities but to also cultivate mental toughness and resilience through the disciplined practice of Muay Thai.

I have been actively involved in Muay Thai for over ten years, spending the first half as a competitive fighter and the latter as a coach. In my early years, I competed three times, quickly transitioning my focus towards coaching to share my knowledge and passion with others. My coaching style is detail-oriented, tailored to fit the needs of each individual, whether they are a beginner or an advanced fighter.
