Meet the

Alex

Hello, I'm Coach Alex. My journey in Muay Thai began in the lesser-known provincial camps of Thailand and swiftly ascended to the national spotlight, thanks to my unparalleled performance in the ring. After a year of competing in Bangkok's prestigious Lumpini Stadium and struggling to find worthy opponents in my weight class, I shifted my focus to coaching, where I've spent the last 12 years mentoring young fighters and sharing the depths of my experience.

You're busy. I get it!

We understand that life can be overwhelmingly busy. Balancing work, family obligations, social interactions, and personal commitments often leaves little room for a regular exercise routine. The long-term benefits of consistent physical activity are clear, but in the hustle and bustle of daily life, it's easy to deprioritize. However, it's important to be mindful of the lasting effects that come from neglecting your fitness over time.

Training with me offers more than just learning techniques; it's about embracing a discipline that has shaped champions. My coaching style is intensive and tailored, focusing on perfecting both the physical and strategic aspects of Muay Thai. Whether you're a beginner looking to enter the world of Muay Thai or a professional aiming to dominate your weight class, my proven methods and personal achievements will guide you to your goals.

From humble beginnings in small provincial camps to the apex of Thailand’s Muay Thai scene, my career has been a testament to dedication and hard work. My years at the top camps in Pattaya and alongside fighters like Buakaw have enriched my understanding of the sport, allowing me to cultivate a coaching approach that is both rigorous and highly effective.
